Terms and Conditions for a meeting with Heather are based on the terms and conditions on this website. Please visit https://dearmainstreet.com/terms-and-conditions/ to acquaint yourself with those terms.

By purchasing time with Heather Foster, you acknowledge that you cannot receive a refund. This meeting is scheduled to last for 60 minutes. You will receive a scheduling link in your confirmation email where you can book a time that works for you.

You will also be sent a link to an intake form with questions about you and your business so Heather can prepare. Be sure to submit answers to the form no less than 3 business days before your scheduled meeting. If you don't, you should reschedule the meeting.

During your 60-minute meeting, you can ask any marketing related question about your small business. Please come prepared, so you can take full advantage of the time.

If the meeting ends early, there are no refunds for unused time, nor can you apply that time to any future meeting.

Meeting expectations:

You acknowledge that only so much can be accomplished during an hour's worth of time. The best use of this time would be to answer questions you have about marketing and strategy for your business.

If, after the meeting, you decide you may need more marketing support, discuss that with Heather. You can either book another 60-Minute Session, or you can discuss a longer engagement. If she feels she is the right person to help you, she will. If she can't, she may be able to refer you to a subject matter expert who can.

If you need to reschedule a meeting, please feel free to do so by using the information on the scheduling app.

No need to go it alone. Heather is here to help you with your marketing and give you the support you need!

Here's what to expect:

After you pay for your session, you'll receive an email with a link to Heather's calendar. Book a time that works for you.
You will receive a link to an intake form. Please fill it out and submit your responses to Heather no less than 3 business days beforehand, so she has time to review everything. Failure to do so may result in Heather not having time to review, or only partially review, your documents. If you can't complete your intake form no less than 3 business days prior, you should reschedule to a later time.
You can send documents to Heather in advance. As with the intake form, be sure not to send them any less than 3 business days prior.
If you can't make the time you originally scheduled, feel free to reschedule. (You'll receive instructions on how to reschedule.)
Be prepared with your questions to make full use of your time!
There are no refunds: If you can't make the time you originally scheduled, you can reschedule. If the meeting ends early, it ends early. There are no refunds for unused time, nor can that unused time be applied to a future meeting.
The meeting will occur virtually on Zoom, and will not be recorded.
Be ready to take lots of notes!
